World at technical disaster limit: the request of the mission OSCE to the international community

The world is approaching an irreversible disaster. The world is not just Ukraine. Last night, the Russian occupation forces fired again. Nuclear power station closed(Sighs) We realize that this is not an accident -- it's a targeted escalation and gross violation of all possible norms and principles of international humanitarian law.

Such an audacious and conscious violation of war rules has no analog to history. It's not war. This terrorism(Sighs) And if that terror is not in any way, the world may be in front of a technical disaster of scale, which will once exceed the tragedy of the Black Air.

I, Petro Shpuhanych, head non-governmental organization "International Diplomatic Humanitarian Mission" OSCE in Ukraine, refer to:

• To world political leaders,
• to the monitoring mission OSCE,
• To anyone who can influence the situation.

I want you to stop terrorists. Close the sky above Ukraine. Protect Europe and the rest of the world from an unjustifiable tragedy.

The enemy's actions are not only an open threat to Ukraine but humanity. Time to act, now.
