Today the NGO International Diplomatic Humanitarian Mission of the OSCE, led by Petro Shpuhanych, gave an electric wheelchair to Vladyslav Volodymyrovych Hanych, born in 1989, who lives in the village of Dubrivka in Velykyi Bereznyi district.
Because of his health, Vladyslav finds it difficult to move independently, carry out everyday tasks, work and take a full part in community life. Limited mobility presented daily difficulties and made him dependent on others.
Vladyslav had waited a long time for an electric wheelchair. It will now help him become more independent, move around more freely, manage daily tasks and feel more confident. It is more than a piece of equipment: it offers greater freedom, independence and comfort in everyday life.
Several other wheelchairs were also given to people needing particular support. This assistance is an important part of our ongoing work, as many people around us face difficulties with something as basic as getting around.
We will continue to support people with disabilities, help them overcome practical challenges and do what we can to improve their quality of life. We want everyone, whatever their health or circumstances, to be able to live with dignity and greater independence and to know they are not facing their difficulties alone.
We invite partners, benefactors and everyone who cares to join our humanitarian initiatives. Together we can raise funds for wheelchairs, rehabilitation equipment, food, medicines and other essential aid for people in difficult circumstances.
Every contribution matters. Every act of kindness can make someone's life easier, more comfortable and more dignified.
We help those who truly need it. Together we can do more!
