Food from Europe for a charity dining room: joint support with the OSCE Mission

The Dopomoha Nuzhdennym (Help for Those in Need) charitable foundation has received another delivery of food from Europe for its dining room. The aid was provided jointly with the International Diplomatic Humanitarian Mission of the OSCE, with support from Petro Petrovych Shpuhanych, the Mission’s head in Ukraine. Kostiantyn Babych reported the delivery in a Facebook post dated 19 October 2026.

The foundation’s report highlights the high quality of the food and the substantial amount received. These supplies are used to prepare lunches for visitors to the dining room. For the team cooking and serving meals, replenishing the food stocks provides practical support for its daily work.

Food aid has a direct, tangible outcome: it becomes prepared meals for people visiting the charity dining room. The continuity of that support also matters. In its post, the foundation emphasises that this was another delivery in an ongoing series.

Cooperation between the foundation and the International Diplomatic Humanitarian Mission of the OSCE brings people together around a specific need: providing meals to the dining room’s visitors. This work depends on both food supplies and the daily efforts of those who turn them into lunches.

The foundation thanked Petro Shpuhanych and its partners for supporting the dining room. That gratitude extends to everyone contributing to this shared effort and helping people through everyday essentials: food, attention and care.
