The anticipation of a journey always brings special emotions 💙
Even before leaving for Greece, while waiting for the bus, we had time to talk with the children and hear a few heartfelt answers. Some were a little shy in front of the camera; others spoke more confidently. But they all shared the same joy and excitement about the coming trip, the sea and a chance to rest 🌊
Today we can say the most important thing: the trip went well. The children enjoyed their holiday, gained many positive emotions and new experiences, and have safely returned home.
For some children, this was not their first trip organized with the support of the International Diplomatic Humanitarian Mission of the OSCE and our partners. It means a great deal to us to see their smiles and know that such initiatives let children enjoy a change of scene, discover new places, rest by the sea and keep warm childhood memories.
The work continues. More trips, plans and arrangements lie ahead so that more orphaned children and children who need support can have these opportunities.
